1. Reservation and Payment The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment (according to the terms and conditions of the platform used). The total amount includes cleaning fees and/or any tourist taxes.

2. Length of Stay The stay is strictly limited to the dates agreed upon at the time of booking. Any extension request must be confirmed in writing and is subject to availability.

3. Security Deposit A security deposit may be required depending on the booking platform. It covers any property damage, losses, or breaches of house rules. It is refunded within 7 days of departure, less any fees incurred.

4. Cancellation Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking channel (Booking.com, Airbnb, direct website, etc.). Please refer to them before making any requests. In case of late cancellation or no-show, fees may apply in accordance with the applicable policy.

5. Use of the Premises The tenant agrees to: Respect the maximum number of people allowed. Not organize parties or receive unregistered visitors. Respect the neighborhood (peace, cleanliness, courtesy). Not smoke inside the apartment.

6. Liability The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation or its amenities during the stay. The SCI declines all liability in the event of: Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Accidents occurring in or around the accommodation not due to our negligence.

7. Departure The accommodation must be left in a proper condition (garbage bins emptied, dishes done, personal belongings removed). In the event of obvious non-compliance, additional cleaning fees may be charged.
