To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and maintain the quality of our apartments, we ask that you respect the following rules:

✅ Respect the premises. Please treat the apartment as if it were your own. The furniture, decor, and amenities are there for your comfort—please use them with care.

🚫 Parties and disturbances. Unauthorized parties, gatherings, and social gatherings are strictly prohibited. Out of respect for the neighborhood, we ask that you keep noise levels down, particularly between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

👥 Number of people. The number of people in the apartment must not exceed the number specified at the time of booking. Any additional person must be declared in advance.

🚭 No smoking inside. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. You may smoke in outdoor areas if the apartment has them (terrace or balcony), provided the premises are kept clean.

🧹 Cleanliness: A cleaning service will be provided after your departure, but we ask that you leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. Please empty the trash and do the dishes.

⌚ Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 4 p.m. Check-out before 11 a.m. (Unless otherwise agreed)
